Acceptance
By booking an appointment with Shannon Spark Hair Salon you as our client accept these terms and conditions when you request our services at our salon.
Changes and Cancellations
Changing an appointment, we cannot guarantee a certain time or particular hairdresser will be available for the rescheduled appointment.
We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so, we ask for at least 24 hours notice or (50%) of the service will be charged. Please call us or send a sms as soon as you know you can’t make it. We don’t want to charge our customers for cancelling, but have staff to pay so please give us plenty of notice.
Customer Satisfaction
Over passion is hair, and we do everything possible to make you love your new hair cut, colour or service. If by any means you unsatisfied please call us so we can make an appointment to sort out for you. If you have changed your mind about a hair service we have offered, we do not refund for change of mind.
